Shoper has signed an agreement with home.pl, the subject of which is the transfer of ca. 3,000 online stores used by home.pl customers on the basis of the “private label” model to the Shoper platform and taking over the processes of their operation, maintenance and sale of additional devices. Under the agreement, home.pl will introduce online stores under the Shoper brand, which will be offered to its current and future customers. Shoper also estimates that the transfer of online stores by home.pl will increase the value of realised orders on the Shoper platform, i.e. Gross Merchandise Value, by ca. PLN1bn per year.
