The latest Balance of Human Capital report prepared by the Polish Agency for Enterprise Development (PARP) shows that the development of small and medium-sized enterprises operating in the chemical industry will depend, to a large degree, on investments made in new technologies, including in the scope of climate protection, production automation and development of renewable energy sources. The report also shows that 75% of the respondents believe that their organizations are prepared for upcoming changes in the chemical industry while 25% of the respondents admit that disrupted supply chains remain a challenge.
