Kazakh economy expected to grow by 5% this year – economy ministerKazakhstan’s GDP is expected to expand by 5% in the twelve months of 2023, Minister of National Economy Alibek Kuantyrov told the President of Kazakhstan Kassym-Jomart Tokayev.“In the twelve months of 2023, GDP growth is expected to reach 5%,” Kuantyrov said at a Monday meeting with the president, according to a statement published on the official website of the president.The economy of Kazakhstan increased by 3.1% in 2022 and by 4.7% in January-September 2023.
