A survey conducted by EY shows that 20 percent of the companies surveyed have completed the implementation of AI tools, with 42 percent of the organisations continuing with the rollout. The survey also shows that 80 percent of the companies that have completed implementation procedures assess that they have achieved the intended benefits while in the case of two thirds of the companies surveyed, the whole process involved wider transformation than originally planned. Finally, as demonstrated by the results, 8 percent of the companies surveyed aborted AI rollout, mainly due to technological challenges (indicated by 42 percent of the respondents) and high costs (37 percent).
