City Friends Club, a non-profit charity, in collaboration with the curatorial team ARTNOW organise NYX5R, an environmental art exhibition in the lobby of NYX Hotel Limassol by Leonardo Hotels. Opening on Saturday at 10am, the exhibition showcases talented local artists who transform recycled materials into stunning artworks.  Until January 10, the exhibit will shine a spotlight on environmental issues and how human actions impact our surroundings. The goal is to inspire the public to make a positive ecological impact by adopting the five core principles: recycle, reuse, reduce, repurpose and refuse.  It is a sequel to the environmental art exhibition RE:SOURCE, which was successfully held in the Warehouse space over the summer, attracting more than 2,000 guests over three days.  Among the artists from Cyprus who provided their artworks for the upcoming exhibition are Paparazzi, Fotini Michailidi, Dimitrios Ikonomou, Sasha Slepchuk, Masha Adamova, Iacovos Loizou, Alex Welch, OPSIS, Nata Chebarkova and Christos Loizou.
