The Ministry of Energy of Kazakhstan, Samruk-Kazyna JSC, and the UAE Ministry of Investment agreed on a memorandum to develop 10 gigawatts of low-carbon energy capacities in Kazakhstan.Qazaqstan Investment Corporation and ADQ signed a partnership memorandum. Another agreement involves the Government of Kazakhstan, Aktas Energy LLP, and TotalEnergies for a 1 GW wind power plant project with a 300 MW/600 MWh battery storage system in the Mirny area, Zhambyl region.Samruk-Kazyna JSC and ACWA Power agreed to jointly develop a project for constructing wind power plants totaling 1 GW, including an energy storage system. Samruk-Kazyna also signed an agreement with Presight.AI to establish a joint venture for implementing projects in digitalization and information technology.Additionally, KazMunayGas JSC and AD Ports Group signed a memorandum of understanding to establish a ship repair and shipbuilding enterprise in Kazakhstan. NC Kazakhstan Temir Zholy JSC and Abu Dhabi Ports Group agreed to create a joint venture.A memorandum of cooperation for forest-climate projects was signed by NCE Atameken, SAFC LLP, and SEFE Marketing & Trading.Kazatomprom JSC and Emirates Nuclear Energy Corporation inked an agreement for the supply of natural uranium concentrates.
