ORLEN has announced that it is joining NEXTLOOPP, an international recycling project that aims to create and commercialise food-grade polypropylene from post-consumer waste. As ORLEN points out, by participating in NEXTLOOPP, it will gain access to state-of-the-art polymer recycling and processing technologies, engaging in preparations for their commercial implementation. The initiative has already brought together 50 international industry players, including L'Oreal, Danone, Muller, Braskem, INEOS and TotalEnergies. (ICE VARSAVIA)
