Redan, a company providing comprehensive logistics services for e-commerce, has signed a conditional agreement with Cracow-based Greenpoint for the sale of the rights to the Top Secret and DryWash trademarks for a total of PLN10.5m-PLN13.5m. The agreement also provides for the sale of the organised part of the enterprise of Top Secret Fashion Story, consisting of franchise agreements for 30 shops operating under the Top Secret brand. The condition precedent is that Greenpoint obtains, from the President of the Office of Competition and Consumer Protection (UOKiK), an unconditional approval for the concentration in question.
