Maspex Group - owner of, among others, Tymbark, Kubuś, Lubella, Łowicz brands and alcohols, including Żubrówka - signed an agreement with Pernod Ricard. As a result of the planned transaction, the Polish company will become the owner of the Becherovka brand and a production plant with a warehouse in Karlovy Vary in the Czech Republic. Becherovka – is a cult herbal liqueur and the oldest brand of alcohol in the Czech Republic. This is the 21st takeover of the Wadowice-based company, including 12 abroad. Revenues from the sale of Maspex in 2022 amounted to over PLN 14 billion.  (ICE VARSAVIA)
