The National Bank of Poland has published the results of its latest quarterly macroeconomic survey conducted among economists of banks, financial institutions and think-tanks, and the results show that the central path of the Consumer Price Index projection for 2024 is 5.5 %, with the projection range of 4.4 % – 6.5 %. This would mean considerable relief for consumers as in 2023, the CPI averaged at a staggering 11.5 %. Meanwhile, according to the central path, in 2025 inflation is to decrease further to 4.5 %.  (ICE VARSAVIA)
