POLAND SHOULD AMP UP HYDROGEN ROLLOUT
Poland is the European Union’s third biggest hydrogen producer, after Germany and the Netherlands, with annual production of 1.3 million tons.Meanwhile, in 2022 public expenditure on energy research and development accounted for barely 3.1 % of total expenditure, compared with more than 12 % in the International Energy Agency member countries.
