DYDO GROUP ENTERS POLAND

A well-known producer of drinks and juices from Andrychów, Wosana SA, was acquired by an industry investor, the Japanese holding company DyDo Group. This purchase includes 100 percent of shares in the company.The buyer DyDo Group is a large international holding company, listed on the Tokyo Stock Exchange, producing soft drinks, dietary supplements and food products. DyDo sells products under the brands DyDo Blend Coffee, Demitasse, Miu, CUTTEA, Waka-Gokochi, PuruSsh!!, Extra Rich and Mistio. DyDo Group's headquarters are in Osaka.Wosana SA is a company established in 1991 in Andrychów. The production of juices, drinks, spring and mineral waters takes place in three production plants. The company's most recognizable products include "Mama i ja", "Słowianka" spring waters, "Wosana" juices and "Aloe Vera" aloe drink. Wosana is a significant manufacturer of private labels cooperating with most retail chains on the Polish market.Wosana was selled by Avallon MBO FUND II, an investment fund that invested in the factory in 2017.
