E-commerce in Kazakhstan to increase to 20% by 2030 - ministry of tradeThe share of e-commerce in Kazakhstan is expected to expand to reach 20% by 2030 compared with today’s 13%, Minister of Trade and Integration Arman Shakkaliyev said.“The ministry has been tasked with increasing the share of e-commerce to 20% by 2030. Together with the Bureau of National Statistics, we revised the methodology of e-commerce statistics. We adopted an action plan for e-commerce development until 2025,” Shakkaliyev said at a Tuesday meeting of the government.In 2022 the share of e-commerce stood at 12.5% and grew to 13.2% by the end of 2023, the minister said.
