It consolidates the authority of the architecture and urban planning body to develop rules for designing, installing, and operating charging stations in residential areas. The legislation also emphasizes detailed project layouts, reserving space for electric charging stations, encompassing both residential and public areas.Additionally, an accompanying bill proposes administrative penalties for violating rules related to parking vehicles in electric charging areas.
