POPULAR FOOTWEAR MANUFACTURER FACES DELISTING PROSPECT
AW Invest, an entity controlled by Wiesław Wojas, the founder of the footwear manufacturer Wojas, is planning to announce a tender offer for 1.77 million shares in the company representing 13.95 percent of its share capital. Wojas offers PLN8.2 per share, which means that he is prepared to spend PLN14.5m in total. (ICE VARSAVIA)
