CENTRAL BANK’S LOSS BIGGER THAN ANTICIPATED
It is estimated that in 2023 the National Bank of Poland (NBP) recorded a loss of more than PLN27bn, compared to a loss of ca. PLN20bn estimated by the central bank in early December 2023. The PLN27bn figure is not audited as the NBP’s financial statements will be approved only in April 2024. (ICE VARSAVIA)
