Cambodia's Ministry of Environment and Mekong Strategic Capital are partnering to help the Agricultural and Rural Development Bank (ARDB) become an Accredited Entity under the Green Climate Fund (GCF). The partnership aims to secure green financing from the GCF and the Global Environment Facility of the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change, advancing national interests, particularly those of the agricultural community.
