The Credit Guarantee Corporation of Cambodia (CGCC) has provided credit guarantees worth $164.7 million to 1,928 businesses as of December 2023. The scheme, which involves 27 participating financial institutions, aims to improve financial inclusion and SMEs' growth. The total outstanding guaranteed loans reached $116.1 million and the outstanding guaranteed amount at $83.6 million.
