The National Bank of Cambodia (NBC) has been praised for its support in implementing environmental, social, and governance (ESG) norms. The UN Under-Secretary-General and Executive Secretary of the Economic and Social Commission for Asia and the Pacific (ESCAP) appreciated the cooperation between the two banks, which has contributed to promoting women entrepreneurs and responding to climate, environmental, and social change challenges.
