Russian company to build a pipe plant in Mangystau regionRussia-based European Pipe Systems LLC and the administration of the Mangistau region, west Kazakhstan, have signed a memorandum on the construction of a plant that will produce flexible polymer pre-insulated, the press service of the regional administration said in a press release.The pipes will be used in heat and water supply systems in the utility services sector.Initial investment in the project is estimated at $5 million.The first stage of the project will be put into commercial operation in the special economic zone Aktau Seaport in the 4th quarter of 2024, the press release says.
