According to the latest data from Dun & Bradstreet, over the last five years the number of courier companies in Poland surged by more than 52%, exceeding 8,600 at the end of 2023.The upward trend is driven by the dynamic growth of e-commerce as it is deliveries of online purchases that generate the lion’s share of revenues and profits. However, DnB’s analysis also shows that nearly 68% of companies operating on the Courier, Express and Parcel (CEP) market are in a weak financial situation, with further 8% of companies experiencing serious financial woes.
