The Lebanese Company IPT Energy LLC has recently celebrated its expansion into Sharjah. This move wasachieved with the support of “Invest in Sharjah” and has commemorated the company’s growth and increasinginfluence in the region. IPT Energy LLC has established IPT Energy Trading which will engage in the importationand trading of refined oil products, petrochemicals, lubricants and grease.  According to the General Manager of IPT Energy, IPT Energy Power Trading LLC will run the operations of the  company while IPT Energy Trading aims to enhance its expansion through the acquisition of storage facilities.  IPT Energy has invested circa AED 40 million (US$ 10.9 million) as a first stage investment in Sharjah with plans  to double this investment by 2025-26. IPT Energy’s growth trajectory is seen as closely aligned with “Invest in  Sharjah” ‘s mission to foster innovation and facilitate business development.  It is worth noting that IPT Energy was founded in 1970 in Lebanon. The company has accumulated expertise  in energy services and distribution through 54 years of operations. The company has set its central hub foractivities outside Lebanon in the UAE and specializes in diesel & biodiesel distribution, bunkering, lubricantsand fuel-oil supply services. (ICE BEIRUT)
