According to Director General at the National Support Centre for Agriculture (KOWR), 2023 brought another record in Polish food exports, the value of which reached EUR51.8bn, i.e. PLN236bn, which represents an increase by 8.1 percent on 2022. Such performance is due to a number of factors, in particular competitive pricing and good quality of Polish products. As regards food exports, the EU countries were Poland’s main trading partners last year, with the leader being Germany, where Poland exported EUR13.3bn worth of food products, up by 11 percent y/y.
