The Office of Competition and Consumer Protection (UOKiK) has issued a conditional approval for Anwim, the franchisor of the MOYA chain of filling stations, to acquire three filling stations from Elbah II, i.e. ones situated in Chorzów, Radzionków and Tarnowskie Góry. As determined by the UOKiK, the transactions can go ahead provided that Anwim terminates the agreement with PHU Cargo Tank, the franchisee of the filling station situated at ul. Kużaja 51 in Radzionków. According to the watchdog, this will preserve competition on the local market. (ICE VARSAVIA)
