POLAND A PROMISED LAND FOR FOREIGN COMPANIES

The latest data from the National Court Register (KRS) confirm that Poland remains attractive to foreign investors as in 2023 foreigners set up 12,800 companies in Poland, 11 percent more than a year earlier. Commenting on the figures, Jarosław Nowrotek, head of the Central Economic Information Centre (COIG), notes that Poland attracts investors from abroad with its robust economy. He also points out that Ukrainians tend to establish transport, construction and IT companies while investors from Western countries choose Poland due to the country’s HR potential and skilled labour force.
