The ORLEN group has reported that the group’s consolidated net profit for 2023 following the finalisation of accounting for business combination related to the merger with Polish Oil and Gas Company (PGNiG) will increase by ca. PLN3.6bn, of which by PLN0.8bn for Q4, 2023. As reported by ORLEN, the consolidated operating result for the 12-month and 3-month periods ended 31 December 2023 will increase by ca. PLN4.7bn and PLN1.6bn respectively, and consolidated EBITDA by ca. PLN7.6bn and PLN2.2bn respectively. (ICE VARSAVIA)
