In less than three years the Polish unit of Snowflake, an US-based tech giant that brings generative AI into data, has built a team, largely through acquisitions, including of TouK and Applica, of more than 350 experts, with ongoing recruitment procedures for 50 vacancies. This year the unit has two priorities, one of which is expanding the AI team created on the basis of Applica and developing tools for unstructured data analysis. The other priority is to work on the platform, developed in 2023, and a toolkit for software developers to build data-driven applications in the Snowflake environment. (ICE VARSAVIA)
