The Lebanese Ministry of Industry (MoI) in coordination with the Director General of the Arab IndustrialDevelopment and Mining Organization (AIDMO) and the President of the Association of Lebanese Industrialists(ALI) have launched a new platform remotely via Webex.  The new platform called APIP is specialized for Requests & Offers for Arab Industrial & Mining Products. This  platform was launched with the aim of reducing costs and consolidating the control of globalization on trade  movements, as per the Lebanese Caretaker Minister of Industry.According to a statement by the Lebanese Caretaker Minister of Industry, Arab and Lebanese industries havebecome superior in many sectors attracting demand from competitive markets. APIP was in turn created withhopes of contributing to the Arab and Lebanese industrial renaissance, promote their products and encouragejoint Arab activity.  It is worth noting that a detailed presentation of the platform and its free services was given as well as a  discussion on how to open an account, add products/requests, use the AI system, the mobile application andthe available Arab investment opportunities through the platform.
