MESSICO: BRAKES INDIA , CONFERMA INVESTIMENTO

Brakes India , conferma investimentoexecutives of the company Brakes India, announced an investment of US$70 million and the creation of 700 jobs thanks to the construction of a new smelting plant in the state.Brakes India's managing director, Sriram Viji, highlighted that the company is a leading figure in the production of braking systems and in the casting of iron components for vehicles.Viji explained that the project will be developed in two phases, estimating the completion of the first phase by January 2026.In addition, it was mentioned that this factory in Aguascalientes will mark Brakes India's first investment in Mexico. This move signals a significant advance in its international expansion within the automotive sector and reinforces its role in the growth of the Mexican foundry industry.For his part, businessman Sriram Viji expressed his gratitude towards the state authorities and acknowledged the favorable conditions that Aguascalientes offers to international investors.
