FOUR SEASONS TO DEVELOP RED SEA HOTEL

Saudi Arabia’s Red Sea Global (RSG) has announced plans to develop a Four Seasons hotel at its tourism development in Triple Bay Amaala. US-headquartered Four Seasons Hotels & Resorts will develop the 220-key hotel, which will include rooms, suites and villas alongside 26 branded residential villas. Dubai-based U+A Architects, which the French engineering firm Egis owns, is the project architect. The project is the latest in Four Seasons’ growing portfolio in the kingdom. Its properties include the Four Seasons Hotel Riyadh at Kingdom Centre and upcoming projects at The Red Sea development on Shura Island, as well as at Jeddah Corniche, Sindalah and Diriyah.  Saudi Arabia’s Kingdom Holding Company partly owns the Four Seasons, maintaining 24% shares. Bill Gates-backed investment firm Cascade Investment holds the majority 71% stake. For registration as supplier: https://www.redseaglobal.com/en/vendor-registration (ICE RIYADH)
