сOPEC maintains 2024, raises 2025 Kazakhstan's liquids forecastsAccording to OPEC's monthly report, Kazakhstan's daily liquid hydrocarbon production is expected to remain steady at 1.9 million b/d in 2024, aligning with their February projections. However, in 2025, production is forecasted to rise to 2.1 million b/d, up from the previous estimate of 2 million b/d.The anticipated growth in production for 2025 is attributed primarily to increased output from the Tengiz oil field, driven by the expansion of the Future Growth and Wellhead Pressure Management Projects scheduled for the first quarter of 2025."Liquids output in Kazakhstan remained largely unchanged, m-o-m, at an average of 2.0 million b/d in January. Crude production was up by 15,000 b/d, m-o-m, to average 1.6 million b/d. NGL and condensate output decreased by 10 tb/d, m-o-m, to an average of 0.4 million b/d,” according to the report.
