Sweden is the second most attractive country to invest in, according to the Milken Global Opportunity Index. The index measures five subcategories: ease of doing business in the country, financial services, the institutional framework, economic fundamentals, and international standards and policies. For Sweden, it is primarily the ease of doing business and the institutional framework that stand out on the positive side. When it comes to economic fundamentals, including macroeconomics and workforce talent, it does not look as good. Denmark takes first place as the country most attractive to invest in, and Finland appears in third place. At the bottom of the list are Chad, the Democratic Republic of the Congo, and Mauritania.  (ICE STOCCOLMA)
