The latest “Polish Labour Market Barometer” report released by Personnel Service shows that 48% of the employers surveyed are of the opinion that automation or rollout of AI solutions will lead to job cuts, which represents a decrease by 8% compared with 2023. However, the report also shows that over the past year, 37% of the organizations surveyed shed at least one job as a result of automating processes or implementing AI tools. In November 2023 such a response was given by 3% of the companies surveyed, which shows that this percentage is growing fast. (ICE VARSAVIA)
