Saudi Arabia’s Diriyah Company has announced the Corinthia residences project, as part of Diriyah Living, in the Diriyah Gate project in Riyadh. The project will be located in the Diriyah Square area of the Diriyah Gate program. The Corinthia residences offer ten different types of 4-bedroom units under two categories, Garden residences and Sky residences. The size of the units varies between 1,233 sq m and 1,643 sq m. The residences will be built with the Najdi architecture style. The interiors have been designed by French interior designer Pierre-Yves Rochon. The Corinthia residences join the Ritz Carlton residences as the second branded residences project in Diriyah Gate. In February, Diriyah Company awarded a contract worth $186m to the local contractor Saudi Constructioneers to develop the Ritz Carlton Residences.
