Work to increase the area of the Family Mall shopping center in Stry by 26,100 square meters is also being completed. The first stage will be launched in the second quarter of 2025, and the second will be launched in 2026. In the coming months, construction of the Kvartal City shopping center in Lviv will start with an area of 51,300 square meters. The launch is planned for the first quarter of 2026. Also this year, the Ternopil region will start construction of a large shopping center, one of the largest in the western region, Warshawsky.
