DIRIYAH COMPANY SEEKS FIRMS FOR DEMOLITION WORK

Saudi Arabia’s gigaproject developer Diriyah Company has issued a notice inviting contractors to express interest in a tender covering demolition works at the second phase of its Diriyah Gate project, also known as DG2. The contract scope covers package two of the demolition, site clearance, hoarding and fencing works at the DG2 project site. In February, Diriyah Company tendered more construction work for the DG2 package when it issued a tender notice inviting contractors to bid for a utilities relocation package for the King Salman University project. DG2 will feature residential developments, hotels, King Salman University, an opera house, the Saudi Museum of Contemporary Art, six academies, an arena and a grand mosque. In January, Diriyah Company selected the local Al-Ayuni Investment & Contracting Company for a $533m infrastructure development contract covering 323 hectares in DG2.  Diriyah Company had issued a tender for several new packages in the Northern Cultural District at its Diriyah Gate project in Riyadh. The packages included in the tender are for the King Salman University, Misk Heritage Institute, House of Al-Saud, Journey of 100 Stories, King Salman Square, Capella Hotel, and King Salman Foundation Library and Headquarters.   For registration as supplier: https://www.dgda.gov.sa/pages/procurement.aspx   (ICE RIYADH)
