US Energy Information Administration improves 2024-2025 oil output outlook for KazakhstanThe US Energy Information Administration (EIA) has revised upward the outlook of liquid hydrocarbons production by Kazakhstan in 2024-2025.According to the April outlook of EIA, Kazakhstan will produce 1.97 million barrels of oil per day (bopd) throughout 2024 compared with the March outlook of 1.95 million bopd.Kazakhstan is expected to produce 1.99 million bopd in the 1st quarter of 2024 (vs. March outlook of 1.94 million bopd), 1.95 million bopd in the 2nd quarter (1.94 million bopd), 1.94 million bopd in the 3rd quarter (1.93 million bopd) and 2 million bopd in the 4th quarter (1.99 million bopd).According to the EIA projections, the production of liquid hydrocarbons by Kazakhstan in 2025 will average out 2.08 million bopd (compared with March projections of 2.07 million bopd), including 2.06 million bopd in the 1st quarter (2.05 million bopd), 2.09 million bopd in the 2nd quarter (2.08 million bopd), 1.99 million bopd in the 3rd quarter (1.98 million bopd) and 2.16 million bopd in the 4th quarter (no change from March outlook).
