Director of the Energy and Gas Division of Asseco Poland, has said that the company is conducting advanced talks with three potential clients about a new software product in the field of electromobility, and that Asseco would like to acquire a company to manage local self-balancing energy markets. He also said that when it came to R&D, Asseco would invest in artificial intelligence, which “is ceasing to be a technology and is beginning to be a cultural phenomenon.” As noted by the executive, in the power industry, AI comprises prediction systems and currently the biggest challenge is the set of data on which programs can be trained.
