Riyadh-headquartered real estate developer Cayan Group will develop the Hampton by Hilton hotel at Neom. The 201-key hotel will be fully funded by Cayan Group and is expected to open in 2025. In March, Hilton opened its first Hampton by Hilton Sharma hotel in Tabuk, in partnership with Cayan Group. The construction works on the 201-key hotel were completed within about a year of the start of construction. The hotel will serve delegations and businesses visiting the Sharma area, located 20 minutes from Neom Bay Airport. The project was built by the local contractor BEC Arabia, which is the local subsidiary of the contracting firm Beijing Emirates Group. Egyptian architectural firm Hussein Sabbour Consulting Bureau was the project consultant. Hampton by Hilton Sharma joins a portfolio of 18 hotels across the kingdom.   (ICE RIYADH)
