Saudi Arabia’s Diriyah Company has appointed US-headquartered HKS Architects as the lead designer for its La Vie Baccarat residences project in Riyadh. The project will be located in the Diriyah Square area of Diriyah Gate. The residences will be created in the Najdi architecture style with French influence. It will offer units under three categories – Sky residences, Garden residences and Grand residences – spanning an area of between 1,142 square metres (sq m) and 2,438 sq m. The project joins the Corinthia Residences and Ritz Carlton residences as the third branded residences project in Diriyah Gate. The Corinthia residences project offers 10 different types of four-bedroom units under two categories, Garden residences and Sky residences.
