RUSSIA-KAZAKHSTAN-OIL/EXPORTS-ESTIMATE

Oil exports from Russia and Central Asia increased 3% in March MoM to 6.6 million bpd - OPECTotal oil exports from Russia and Central Asian countries averaged 6.6 million barrels per day (bpd) in March, which is 3%, or almost 0.2 million bpd more than in February, OPEC's monthly report says.The figure is 1% or 50,000 bpd higher than the result in March of last year.An increase in export shipments was observed via both the Black and Baltic Seas, while exports via pipeline have decreased, OPEC said.Exports via the Transneft system continued to grow in March, increasing 2%, or 83,000 bpd. Exports were 178,000 bpd higher YoY, a 5% increase.Exports via Baltic Sea ports increased 133,000 bpd (+9%), to an average level of 1.6 million bpd. Supplies out of Primorsk increased 81,000 bpd (+10%) to an average of 907,000 bpd. Exports from Ust-Luga increased 52,000 bpd (+8%) to 711,000 bpd. Shipments from the Black Sea port of Novorossiysk increased 106,000 bpd (+20%), to 647,000 bpd.Exports via the Druzhba oil pipeline decreased over 18% in March MoM, or 55,000 bpd, to 245,000 bpd. This is an 11%, or 25,000 bpd increase YoY.Exports to China via the ESPO pipeline decreased 3% or 17,000 bpd in March to 569,000 bpd, a 2%, or 10,000 bpd increase YoY. Shipments out of the Pacific port of Kozmino decreased 83,000 bpd (-9%), to an average level of 857,000 bpd, which is an 8%, or 62,000 bpd increase YoY.Exports via the Sakhalin ports of De-Kastri and Aniva increased 46,000 bpd (+18%) in March MoM to 300,000 bpd. This is a 3% or 9,000 bpd increase YoY.Exports via the Lukoil terminal in Varandey in the Barents Sea increased sharply in March by 56,000 bpd (+86%) MoM to 128,000 bpd.Oil exports from Central Asia averaged 224,000 bpd in March, a 2% increase MoM, but an 8% decrease YoY, OPEC said. Total exports from the Black Sea region via the CPC terminal increased 33,000 bpd (+2%) to 1.5 million bpd. This is a 5%, or 75,000 bpd decrease YoY.Exports via the Baku-Tbilisi-Ceyhan (BTC) pipeline decreased in March 7%, or 42,000 bpd MoM to an average level of 577,000 bpd.The total export of petroleum products from Russia and Central Asia decreased in March over 8%, or 220,000 bpd MoM, to 2.6 million bpd. This is a 17%, or 0.5 million bpd decrease YoY. The month-on-month decline was due to a fall in gasoline, gasoil and fuel oil exports. (ICE ALMATY)
