HUGE NORWEGIAN DEPOSITS OF RARE METALS ECLIPSES LKAB FIND

Huge Norwegian deposits of rare metals eclipses LKAB findNorwegian media reports that the largest European deposits of rare earth metals have been found in Norway’s Telemark region. The Norwegian Minister for Business, Cecilie Myrseth, reportedly has said that it has been known for some time that the Fens field in Telemark had rare metals, which now has been properly confirmed. The area has been examined and test prospected for three years and a mining company has now been able to assess that there are metals, including both neodymium and praseodymium in huge quantities, up to 8,78 million tonnes. This while LKAB’s Swedish earth metal find last year was just around half a million tonnes. (Aftonbladet)Fonte Aftonbladet (ICE STOCCOLMA)
