Swiss-based energy company MET Group has expressed interest in acquiring a 54.07% stake in Lithuania's Achema Group, one of the country's largest business conglomerates. MET Group aims for a partnership-based approach and plans to seek agreements with minority shareholders as well. The transaction is subject to customary due diligence and approvals.
