The National Institute of Social Action (INAS) owes the equivalent of eighteen months of basic social subsidy payments to its beneficiaries throughout the country. The Director General of INAS, Maria Saica, made it known that the non-compliance is the result of a lack of money and assured that the Government and its partners are doing everything they can to reverse the situation.
