Industrial production in Kazakhstan grew 2.8% in Jan-June 2024The industrial output in Kazakhstan in January-June 2024 increased by 2.8% year-over-year to make 23.495 trillion tenge in value, the National Statistics Bureau of the Agency for Strategic Planning and Reforms said.In the reporting period the mining and quarrying industry expanded by 0.3% to 10.744 trillion tenge; the manufacturing industry rose by 5.1%, to 10.967 trillion tenge; electricity, domestic gas, steam, hot water and air conditioning services grew by 6.1%, to 1.567 trillion tenge, while water supply and waste management services declined by 0.7%, to 216.4 billion tenge.
