Saudi Arabia’s Neom has floated a tender covering the execution of the early works for the Mirage visitor centre in the Gateway Cluster of Trojena. Neom issued the tender notice for the project on 20 August. The deadline for bid submissions is 4 September. The scope of work includes site clearance, decontamination, excavation, support installation, filling, monitoring and other associated works. The Mirage visitor centre is a transmission hub located at the development's lower plateau. Visitors will arrive via automated vehicles and transfer to a funicular, travelling through a tunnel past the Vault and on to the various destinations within Trojena. US-based engineering firm Jacobs and Lebanon's Dar Al-Handasah are the project consultants. Bechtel is the project management consultant. In March, Neom had sought interest from companies for the main works on the Mirage visitor centre.
