As of today, 499 foreign investors have been granted Jordanian citizenship through investments, following the submission of formal applications detailing their investments in Jordan, as reported by the Ministry of Interior. A Ministry official informed Al Mamlaka that these investors have acquired citizenship in line with the guidelines sanctioned by the Council of Ministers. The objectives of these principles include safeguarding current investments, fostering the influx of new investments, thereby bolstering the national economy, and creating employment prospects for Jordanian citizens.
