The report “Construction market in Poland in 2024-2031” released by the research firm Spectis shows that by 2026, the value of this market in Poland will have exceeded PLN400bn. The report also shows that between 2016 and 2024 the value of the construction market in Poland rose from PLN177bn to more than PLN350bn, however, the increase was mainly of nominal nature as it was driven by rising prices of construction materials and labour. The impressive increase in market value is not followed by an increase in its volume, which has been stagnant for over a decade.
