Dariusz Miłek, CEO at CCC Group, one of the largest European companies in the footwear sector, and Dominika Żak, founder of the footwear company DeeZee, are in the process of negotiating terms and conditions on which CCC will increase its stake in DeeZee from 75 percent to 100 percent. Meanwhile, Wojciech Lachota, head of investors relations at the listed footwear maker, has said that the amount that CCC would pay for the shares in DeeZee will be presented in the half-year report, which CCC is due to publish on 24 September 2024, adding that the said amount will depend on the financial forecasts for Żak’s company.
