The Volkswagen Poznan plant in western Poland has started serial production of the Caddy5 eHybrid car model, the company announced.The VW Caddy has been produced exclusively in Poznan for the past 20 years, from where it is distributed and sold around the world. Last year alone, 87,000 units of the VW Caddy were shipped from this manufacturing facility. Until now, the Caddy model had been offered solely with petrol and diesel engine options. (ICE VARSAVIA)
